DJI specializes in developing drones for aerial photography and videography. They also design and produce camera systems, gimbals, flight control systems and software. Currently, DJI dominates about 70% of the global drone market. The products of the well-known Chinese brand, founded in 2006, are used in the music and film industry, in agriculture and for military purposes, among others. And DJI is, of course, the market leader in consumer drones. Wondering if a drone from DJI is for you? Then take a look at TopRC's impressive range of DJI drones and get inspired by the possibilities!
The DJI brand stands for quality and innovation. As the market leader, DJI offers models for both recreational and professional use, with a distinct lineup for every type of pilot, depending on your needs and experience. Here’s a summary of the key features and benefits:
DJI offers several drone series, each designed for specific users. Below is an overview of the series available at TopRC.
The Neo series is designed for vloggers and anyone without flying experience. The DJI Neo weighs just 135 grams, films in 4K, and can follow you autonomously. It takes off from your hand and has protective covers around the propellers. You’ll also find its successor, the DJI Neo 2, in our selection. With a Motion Fly More Combo, you can even fly the Neo using FPV goggles and a motion controller.
The foldable DJI Flip is designed for vloggers and creative aerial shots. The propellers are fully shielded, and since it weighs less than 250 grams, you don’t need a pilot’s license to fly it.
The Lito series consists of the Lito 1 and the Lito X1: compact 4K camera drones, with the Lito 1 designed primarily for beginners. Check out all versions of the DJI Lito, sold separately or as a Fly More Combo.
The Mini series is compact, easy to carry, and ideal for travel. The drones are designed to weigh just under 250 grams, so you don’t need a pilot’s license for most models. At TopRC, you’ll find the latest generation in our DJI Mini 5 category: the Mini 5 Pro. Please note: the Mini 5 Pro’s weight is right around that limit, so check the product page to see which regulations apply to your specific model.
Air drones are compact and designed for filmmakers and vloggers who want better image quality. The DJI Air 3S features two cameras, including a 50 MP 1-inch sensor, and all-around obstacle detection. The DJI Air 2S is also available from us.
The Avata series consists of First Person View (FPV) drones. When paired with DJI FPV goggles, you can see live what the drone sees. The Avata 2 is a versatile FPV drone for beginners and advanced users, while the Avata 360 captures 360-degree footage in 8K. Check out our full selection of FPV drones or the DJI Avata series.
Among DJI’s best-known models are the DJI Mavic drones. These foldable professional drones are equipped with high-quality cameras and GPS. The top-of-the-line model, the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, features three cameras with Hasselblad technology, a flight time of up to 45 minutes, and records video in 4K at 120 fps. Powerful motors ensure stable flight, even in windy conditions at altitude. That makes the Mavic the favorite among professionals who want the very best in aerial photography and video.
If you’re looking for a DJI drone for professional use, pay special attention to the camera’s sensor size, flight time, speed, connection range, and all-around obstacle detection. Weight is also important: professional drones almost always weigh more than 250 grams, so you’ll need a pilot’s license. If you want to fly fast and maneuverably, an FPV model from the Avata series is the better choice.
The price of a DJI drone depends on the series, the controller, and whether you choose a standalone drone or a Fly More Combo with extra batteries. Below is a price guide based on our current selection. You can always find the current price and special offers on the product page.

European regulations apply to all DJI drones in the Netherlands. It’s important to know this before you take to the skies. If your drone has a camera or weighs 250 grams or more, you must register as an operator with the RDW. No pilot’s license is required for drones weighing less than 250 grams; for heavier models, such as the Air 3S, Avata 2, and Mavic 4 Pro, you’ll need at least an A1/A3 pilot’s license. You may fly up to a maximum altitude of 120 meters and must never fly over crowds of people.
