When will I receive my order?

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order on a business day and all items are in stock, your order will often be shipped the same day.

Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 to 2 business days. For Belgium and Germany, delivery may take a little longer—usually 2 to 4 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with a tracking code so you can track your package online.

If your order consists of smaller items that fit in a bubble envelope, you won’t receive a tracking code. These shipments are usually delivered to your home within 1–4 business days. Delivery times depend heavily on how busy the postal services are. You can find more information about delivery here.

Please note that the delivery time may vary if a product is temporarily out of stock or if you choose a payment method that requires payment confirmation first (such as a bank transfer). In that case, we will always inform you of the expected delivery time.

If an ordered product is not immediately available, you will receive an email from us stating that we are waiting for certain items. This email will also clearly state the expected delivery time.
